In the wild west, which had less murders per capita than NYC, they gave back
the prisoners guns when he left prison. He had fulfilled his debt to
society. Just outlaw criminal behavior, will do as much as any other law
they are proposing at the present time gun crime.

inquired. BAR said that gun ownership was a "right" for every American.
