We checked into Puerto Rico yesterday, which is nominally part of the USA, only to discover that they wanted to know if we had any trash onboard. Who knows what you are supposed to do with trash before you arrive, or what the penalty/procedure is if you answer yes. Some of this stuff is just bizarre. |
