If you have a permanent site, the best strategy is to sink a pair of 3 inch PVC pipes into the ground with a post hole digger. |

I want something I can take apart and put in a 'range bag'. I'd be using it at the Quantico range, so can't dig any holes. Salmonbait -- 'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument! You know you live in a Country run by idiots if... You have to have your parents signature to go on a school field trip but not to get an abortion. |

Sure, I would go with the mortar mix and just fill the base tubes. Bring a couple extra empty upright tubes in case something were to go haywire and you splattered one I think you are dead on with your design in my opinion. |

OH, and how do you get down range to set something like this up? Is the place that empty, or do they have a specific protocol? Just curious. |

There's a range OIC, and a range Safety Officer. There will be times for shootin' and times for messin' with the targets. Salmonbait -- 'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument!
