A friend brought this over with chicken wings to eat during the Super Bowl. Great.

Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

1 cup crumbled bleu cheese

2/3 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt, pepper to taste

After mixing all ingredients, add milk to make consistency that of pancake batter.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
