The state Department of Education’s year-long investigation into
testing irregularities in a handful of public schools in 2010 and 2011

Charter schools are run as businesses. So expect that most attention
will go to the bottom line. And expect typical business ethics, but
without the constraints of "real world customer satisfaction."
Any oversight is done by government, which is often bought and paid for.
It's just crony capitalism, which is a low form of socialism.
Haliburton "education."

You aren't too business savvy are you? What charter schools provide is a
choice, a free market, a way to spend your education dollars wisely.
