This is some pretty scarey **** for boaters and folks who like to play
in the water... I think the waterborne invasive are doing more damage
than the land based species and plants..

I wonder how mant free, or even pay washdown sustems Minnesota has
installed ad boat ramps in the state. You can't be having laws without
providing some means to obey them.
