Most gated communities are built from scratch and they never give the roads to the county. (the county will not take them, even if you want, when they are behind gates) I am amazed at how little you people know about HOAs and gated communities, yet you seem to have plenty of opinions. This guy just refuses to look at any info before he makes up his next troll... Amazing, he hasn't changed a bit. I lived in a HOA in the eighties.. Just couldn't live that way, but it was good as it convinced us to buy a house ![]() Psssst, I'm on my HOA's board....... Yeah, I could have guessed that... |
