I wonder if these facts coincide with Zimmerman's ever-developing and
changing alibi. Fact #1 - Trayvon Martin was doing NOTHING wrong. Looking inside cars parked along the street is not unusual behavior for a young teen-ager, especially if you don't have a car of your own. Boys look at cars all the time. Fact #2 - Martin was UNARMED. Fact #3 - Zimmerman called 911 to report what he claimed was a suspicious person. Fact #4 - The Sanford Police Department told Zimmerman NOT to pursue Martin and to wait in his vehicle for the responding officer. Fact #5 - Zimmerman ignored the SPD and CHASED Martin down. Fact #6 - Zimmerman was slurring his speech (noted by witnesses and 911 operator) was possibly intoxicated. SPD NEVER bothered to test. Fact #7 - Zimmerman is heard on the 911 tape saying what sounds like "****ing Coon" Fact #8 - There may have been a physical altercation and, according to some witness statements, Trayvon Martin was winning. Fact #9 - Zimmerman shot Martin. Fact #10 - Out just today, the lead investigator on the scene the night of the shooting wanted to arrest Zimmerman for manslaughter, but was overruled by state officials. Fact #11 - Zimmerman has been arrested TWICE in the past for violent crimes. Once in 2005, for assaulting a police officer (plead down to resisting arrest) and once in 2007, for domestic violence. Conjecture...the blood on Zimmerman may have been Martin's. |

You always have an agenda You seem to want to convict the guy before he gets arrested. That might work in mother Russia, But we do things differently in The United States of America. Facts using the words 'what sounds like' or 'may have been' aren't 'facts'. They're more bull****. |

In article 194438.138.1332965757350.JavaMail.geo-discussion-
forums@ynjd4, says... On Wednesday, March 28, 2012 3:44:58 PM UTC-4, iBoaterer wrote: Oh, there's more to this Zimmerman stuff that the right is portraying as a victim: http://miami.cbslocal.com/2012/03/28...inally-wanted- to-charge-zimmerman/ Did you even read the article? "Angela Corey, a special prosecutor assigned to case by Gov. Rick Scott, told CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald that early in the investigation police requested an arrest warrant from the Seminole County State Attorney?s Office. An incident report on the shooting classified it as ?homicide/negligent manslaughter.? Corey said police did file a capias (a request that charges be filed) with the State Attorney?s Office. The Seminole County State Attorney?s Office declined to comment on whether its prosecutors ever recommended against filing charges." So let's summarize... police requested an arrest warrant, the prosecutor's office declined because there was insufficient evidence. Exactly, they didn't do the work that is customarily done with a death by shooting. No trajectory tests, no toxicology reports nothing. In the future, as they investigate, they may well be able to build a case to arrest and try Zimmerman for some manslaughter/homicide charge. But it won't be because people like you are jumping to conclusions about his guilt or innocence with few facts to back you. The people who have the facts have, so far, been unable to compile enough evidence to arrest and charge him. I think they'll end up arresting him and putting him on trial, and probably rightfully so. But it's also possible he'll walk. If so, and if he's actually guilty, it wouldn't be the first time the justice system has stumbled. Remember O.J.? Yes, indeed. |
