Did you even read the article?

"Angela Corey, a special prosecutor assigned to case by Gov. Rick Scott, told CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald that early in the investigation police requested an arrest warrant from the Seminole County State Attorney?s Office.

An incident report on the shooting classified it as ?homicide/negligent manslaughter.?

Corey said police did file a capias (a request that charges be filed) with the State Attorney?s Office.

The Seminole County State Attorney?s Office declined to comment on whether its prosecutors ever recommended against filing charges."

So let's summarize... police requested an arrest warrant, the prosecutor's office declined because there was insufficient evidence.

Exactly, they didn't do the work that is customarily done with a death
by shooting. No trajectory tests, no toxicology reports nothing.

In the future, as they investigate, they may well be able to build a case to arrest and try Zimmerman for some manslaughter/homicide charge.

But it won't be because people like you are jumping to conclusions about his guilt or innocence with few facts to back you. The people who have the facts have, so far, been unable to compile enough evidence to arrest and charge him.

I think they'll end up arresting him and putting him on trial, and probably rightfully so. But it's also possible he'll walk. If so, and if he's actually guilty, it wouldn't be the first time the justice system has stumbled. Remember O.J.?

Yes, indeed.
