I was on Man o' War Cay in the Abacos and they have locally produced
boats made by Albury that look very well made. They look a lot like the Tolman skiffs but with a lot more deadrise. They are fibreglass so are heavy enough to require a bigger engine than the Tolmans but I'd expect such weigh is helpful in seas. Interesting boats. |

Interesting boats. === The Albury center consoles in the 24 ft range are great boats. I've been on several of them down in the Exumas. They ride well and are as seaworthy as you can get in that style of boat and size range. The local guys there usually run them with a 200 horse Yamaha. |
