Yet another branch of the federal government that is out of control
and out of touch. They should have their funding cut. Although the
National Park Service does a good job with some things, there should
be a mandate for public forums on all proposed rule making and strong
justification required for anything that limits public access and use.

I agree. Ever see a "US Government Property - No Trespassing" sign? What
the hell does that really mean?
