Nothing says you get to sit forever. Make it a law. Or if it must be an amendment, revise the 22nd amendment. -------------------------------------------------------------- It has to be a Constitutional Amendment based on a decision by the Supreme Court back in the 90's. The Constitution does not specify any max number of terms in Congress. It took a Constitutional Amendment to limit the President's number of terms to two. Eisboch |
