inexpensive raft wanted in California

inexpensive raft wanted in California

I'm looking for an inexpensive raft under 16'. Self-bailing would be
nice, but not necessary. I'll need some paddles and a pump if anyone
has some of that stuff laying around also. I'm just looking for
something to occasionally take friends down some moderate runs.
