*Death Sentence* in Slaying of Pakistani Governor

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — A court on Saturday convicted and sentenced to
death a police guard who had killed a prominent secular politician early
this year, a slaying that sent shockwaves throughout Pakistan and was
seen as another example of the growing religious intolerance and
extremism in the country.

Obama kills a 'guilty' person without trial, and Pakistan kills one with a trial.

Who was wrong?

(Let's see some hypocrisy shine!)

Executions are wrong, dumbo, no matter who commits them.

And yet I've seen no whining from you about Obama's continuous use of missiles to take out untried
terrorists, and their wives and kids.

Gosh, Harry, don't you see the hypocrisy in that?

I have previously stated I am not in favor of the continuation of the
wars George W. Bush started under false pretenses. Unfortunately, this
country has not in the past favored the sort of "human intel" that it
takes to target and extricate individuals, and it is only now building
up that capability.

I doubt this country will ever recover from the horrors inflicted upon
it by the Republicans in war mongering, ignoring science, destroying the
economy, et cetera.

You are a joke.

Sure is. Wasn't he against torture, waterboarding etc. at one time. Now
he's for it. Flip flop flip flop.

Even if the executioner is a corporal sitting at a computer screen in
South Dakota and the accused is in a car in Yemen?

Your hypocrisy is showing.

Hypocrisy? I'm against executions, period.

Well then. You go give Obama a piece of your mind. I'll bet he's
ignorant of the fact that you object to what he's doing.

And even if he did, he wouldn't give a ****. He is too busy raiding the
treasury for himself and his cronies...

OK I apologize, I thought you supported the drone killings

No, I don't. Way back when, during the Bush Error, once I realized that
neither Afghanistan nor Iraq were the cause of 9-11, I turned against
the war, too. If you want to trace the economic downfall of this country
to the multi trillions of dollars these trumped up wars wasted, I won't
argue. And then Bush cut taxes and we didn't pay for them. And got
nothing out of either war. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

The drone murders were "executions". That's what it's called when the
gubmint does it.

The less complicated terms are "shooting back" and "self defense"...

=======

In war they are called enemy casualties, and there is no mistaking the
fact that Al-Qaeda has declared war on the United States.

So what is the problem exactly?

Problem is folks like him don't want to admit we are at war... Well,
unless they need to make up a fake terror alert a couple days before
9/11 to bury a rather nasty news story... ;) Wonder how many millions
that little piece of theater cost the US taxpayer?
