I'm going to start a new thread on favorite islands. Please don't
trash it - islands really don't care about religion, politics or
personalities.

Every year almost a quarter million 'mericans find their way up here
on cruise ships.
There are direct flights into Halifax from New York daily. *What could
be easier than that?


We really wanted to take that fast cat up there from New Hampshire
when we were doing our New England trip. The weather was just too

You mean.. Bar Harbour, Maine to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia?? Too late...
the ferry service wanted a big multi-million dollar subsidy but the
gov't said enough is enough.
