A brief respite from the sponson wars. I'm helping out a friend who is in
the final (and I mean final, like 2 more weeks) stages of her phd at
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Part of her study entails
collecting data from expatriates. So, if you are, or were, an expat, either
long term or short term, please take 5 minutes to help out a fellow outdoors
person (ok, I admit it, she's a hiker, not a paddler, but I'm working on
