Big trip to Wallowa Lake in Oregon planned soon. That's the lake in NE
Oregon where the pending world's record koke of 9.7 lbs. was caught
this year. We're likely too late for the kokanee, but maybe some great
trout fishing. And mackinaw are possible - that would be a first for
me. And then I'll be chasing salmon - our first salmon season on the
Delta in several years is now on but I think it's too early 'til mid
September.
