I feel your pain there but no one is forced to watch. I don't.

However, when I was a kid living on Lake Ontario in the summer, one of
our two TV channels came from Kingston, Ontario and it was not exactly
inspirational as I remember.

When you let them go, let them know the reason.

no, but you're still and idiot

they required a copy of the bill of sale

they compared that to their established book value

you really are stupid. even for a right winger.

=================================================
Actually you are the stupid one. Too stupid to get a raise over the last 30
years, and too stupid to realize they always check the value against the
bill of sale. Phony bill of sale price is common.

Don, the problem isn't that he doesn't understand or follow the laws of
the land. He is following the laws of the land. He had to fire the CA
consultant and do business with a consultant who lives in a state with
laws that are conducive to business. Since a consultant will never be
able to file unemployment comp, it does not make sense to pay for
unemployment comp. Bill is not depriving his employee of any benefits,
and is not breaking any laws by hiring a consultant who lives in a state
who does not require you to pay for insurance you can not or will not
use. I tried to type this slowly, does it make more sense now?

He's a lefty like you asshole.

Like I said in another post. The states don't care what you paid unless
it was over the fair market value. You are going to get charged tax on
the fair market value of the care.

BTW.. I realize you were attempting sarcasm with your comments on my
knowledge of all things American, but what's with your comment that
I'm
"a person who has always lived in Nova Scotia ".
That sounds more like something a Doper might say.
