The difference between Snotty and myself, is Snotty plonks people. I
put them in my "septic tank" and then publish a list of who I have
"flushed down my toilet" every week or so. My system works much better

In technical point, GM should lose in court as they never did chapter 7.
Only chapter 13. But Obama circumvented the bankruptcy law with bond
holders liens on plants resulting in higher bond losses.
