That's a great defense. I saw someone on TV say something I didn't like
so I went and burned down the the college's buildings. Use that defense
and see how far it gets you.

The ROTC building is still a building. People could have died in the
fire set by the arsonists.


Yes, people could have died. Since nobody did, the criminal penalties
would be less.
