My wife just forked over $200+ to *rent* her cap and gown for official
graduation. $200+ to *rent* a chunk of cloth is waaaaaay over the edge.
Another Doctorate degree? That must be four!

You would think by now she would have bought her own for her yearly
doctorates...

You mooks *define* stupid. Between the two of you, you probably have
enough academic credits to be *socially* promoted from the sixth to the
seventh grade. Neither of you have the smarts to succeed in any graduate
level course of study, let alone a post-grad level.
