I designs LLC co-owner continues criminal ways

Scott Ingersoll , co-owner of I Designs LLC internet provider service
continues to engage in stalking and harassing posters in a newsgroup by
posting personal information for the purpose of ridicule and intimidation
contrary to Connecticut state law. Latest offense committed March 28 in
rec-boats newsgroup.
Is this person responsible enough to trust private information to?
