The brand " Tacks " has been around since I was a kid in the skate
department. Never heard of " Tuuk ".

Tuuk was a wild and crazy, literally, transplant from somewhere in Asian
Pacific Rim to somewhere in Western Canada. Thailand, maybe, or so he
might have claimed. He was about as dumb as Snooty, with a chip on his
shoulder as big as Loogy's, and with the political acumen of Canuck and
Froggy. In sum,just your average mindless right-winger.
