It was a joke about owning a Gunboat. By the Mideast I was thinking
about Beirut.
Ahh... ok. I always confuse the mideast with the midwest. lol
Ohio is the mideast. Indiana is the midwest.
Seriously, though, when I first went out to Kansas and saw some (not
many) students checking their rifles and shotguns into the dorm's safe
and I noticed hitching posts in front of several classroom buildings, I
thought..."Hey, I'm out west." But any number of new friends corrected
me by stating that Kansas, at least that part of it, was "midwest." The
west did not begin, they claimed, until Colorado.
