Yep -to the power plant. I was at the DEP office Friday for my water quality QA and I talked to one of the biologists. She says when they do necropsy in the winter they are finding manatee with undigested grass still in their throats. The literally freeze while they are eating if they venture away from the power plant. If they stay there they starve. Yeah we are really "saving them". The crime is heating the water. Gee, on that note, I suppose I should ask my wife to shut off the "birdbath" water heater she runs outdoors all winter, so that passing birds have unfrozen water to drink. I suppose it all depends on if you support the endangered species act. That says you should not intentionally be interrupting or altering natural migration patterns with human activity. Both my wife and I enjoy watching the little creatures, and I don't believe any of the crap they say about not feeding the wildlife. The animals don't care, why should you? If you are going to ID spoof someone who can write, you probably shouldn't write like a moron, moron. :) Wow, what ****ed you off? You sure seem to enjoy picking Usenet fights. Why don't you ask Harry why he and Don keep up the name calling and insulting if they want the newsgroup to stay sane? Paul returns every few days to call someone names. Don, JPS, and Bob don't seem to want to come on board either but we all know why they are here. Harry is doing great as far as I can tell and for the most part, most of us have the rest of them filtered so leave it be. At least they are not machine gun posters so they are easier to filter out... Leave it be, it's fine and if we can hang on, spring should bring us a bunch of new boaters and hopefully a new group of posters... Actually, I don't have a visitation schedule here. Even though the season has ended for many of us, I thought there would be more boating-related posts here. Instead, there are very few. But there are a lot of posters whose sole purpose here seems to be to stir up whatever they can. |

You mean, other than the fact that you are a liar, a fraud, and a troublemaker here? You and your buddies or alter egos "Harry Kari," (the former CrotchRot), Ziggy, et al, really haven't anything of interest on topic to discuss here, and all you do is disrupt. I don't know what your problem is with the real Harry, (and i don't care) but your behavior here is just plain juvenile. There are many posters who are making an effort to improve the atmosphere here. You three (or two or one) are not among them. It is obvious you boys would rather this newsgroup return to the way it was. Hey 'Paul', as you are so new here you don't know of any of the problems with the real Harry, how could you possibly know 'the way it was'?s You keep making these little boo-boos. :) You are kidding, right? I read about two weeks of posts here before I ever posted. It was obvious there were real problems here, and most of them at that time were caused by a small pack of troublemakers. You can't redo the past, but you can work to improve the present and the future. You seem very tolerant of anyone who causes your friend Harry trouble, but very intolerant of those who object to the displays of juvenile behavior those troublemakers exhibit. Why is that? |

From what I have seen, Paul restricts his negative comments to the ID spoofer and his buddies. Maybe he cannot filter out the ID spoofer? I dunno. I have, and I also have his buddies Ziggy and Harry Kari filtered, along with Krueger. Me, I've been busy drilling holes in firewood so I can shove sticks of dy-no-mite in them. (No, I'm not really doing that...) I wish all of you would concentrate on the fundraiser for my holiday gift...a new diesel tractor with a strong enough front PTO to spin a two stage snow blower. Actually, Paul seems to restrict his negative comments to those who, in the past, were not very supportive of you. How he knows this is beyond me, as he has indicated he is new here. Have you noticed the same thing? Actually, I throw most of my darts at those adults (well, supposed adults) who behave like children. |

Again, I've commented several times to and about ID spoofers. I've also advised you on multiiple occasions to ignore them, which you've shown an inability to do. Again, ignore them. Remember, it is only you they are trying to bother. You're making it obvious they're doing so. Therefore they continue. Not to mention, well, yes to mention it yet again... The only time I see them is when Harry quotes or responds to them. I don't quote or respond to them. I merely on occasion point out that spoofing is taking place. It's a shameful activity. You should ignore them. Perhaps *not* pointing out the spoofing would reduce the spoofing. You are replying to the ID spoofer, again. |
