Default $8000.00 to get rid of a piece of old boat?

Anyone ever hear of a winch truck and a chain saw?

Perhaps they're not interested in leaving a mess behind, eh?

Wouldnt' have too. and it would cost a lot less than 8 hundred

When you listen to their procedure of disposal it seems to me like way
over kill. having to truck it out, then haul it someplace then hack it
into 3 pieces then haul it back to somewhere else.

Then i thought, that at 8 grand, somebody thinks it some kind of a
bargain.

A lot of that $8K is probably for permitting, insurance and tipping
fees.

Probably equipment rental. Going to need a cat or crane to get the big
chunk out of the sea and off the beach. Then to lift up the cut parts.
Have no idea anymore what a Cat or crane rents for per hour. Probably in
the $300-400 range and you have to haul it to the site.

Some places have strict rules about disposal of trash. Other places do not.
