Jobs to foreign nationals should be a big black mark about giving foreign
aid. We have blown Billions if not trillions on FA without much return.
You can not buy friends and giving aid to train someone to take the job an
American can do is criminal. Humanitarian aid is one thing, but giving
monetary aid to the biggest holder of our debt is really stupid. And no one
respects you as you never answer a question.
