Why don't the Democrats propose a new tax on food produced for human consumption? Add the tax at ever stop along the way through the food processing chain. Coburn didn't have a problem funding bullets and bombs that "weren't paid for" but god forbid we protect our own citizens from food borne illnesses. Over regulation leads to black markets.
