jumped out of fear?

A larger predator, like a *bobcat?

I've shown pictures of my other cats, but I just don't seem to have any
of my bobcat, so don't ask.

I would have seen a Bobcat.
I was worried about rabies so did not spook the little one when it ran
up my daughters arm but it calmly got off her when she bent down.
