Where is the money going to come from? The well is dry.

cut defense spending by 150B...as conservatives have even
recommended...

That doesn't even pay the interes ton Obama's $3 trillion.

yeah i know. you want 25% unemployment

Try hacking $1.5 trillion (and rising). That is where you break even.

gee. the biggest spender in history was bush. if he couldnt do it with
his marxism for the rich...what makes you think obama can cure what
bush destroyed?

borrow even more and use it to pump up the economy.

Tried that, does not work.

gee. it worked for the last 3 quarters. economy was growing.
unemployment dropping

but as soon as the right wing started talked slashing spending, the
stock market drops 1000 points

Reagan did better, in less taxes. His only
mistake was not shrinking government to fit.

reagan was the author of the great shell game. it took 30 years but
his socialism for the rich finally hit pay dirt when the economy
tanked in 2007

force companies to distribute productivy increases to their workers
instead of paying dividends to give the middle class a pay increase to
SPEND

What increases? GM went bankrupt sucking over $177 billion in wealth
down the sewer. (not including GMAC)

the right wing exists in an echo chamber...

productivty has increased in every quarter in the last 2 years. the
middle class hasn't seen any increase in real wages in 10 years in
spite of the fact producdtivity has increased 28% in that time.

you're just too stupid to know the facts.

being right wing is a learning disability

and implement tax cuts for the MIDDLE CLASS, not the rich, like the
GOP has been doing for 30 years

Funny, finally got around to Reaganomics. Took about 10 months and the
recession ended.

that was a recession. this is a depression. and guess who reagan's fed
chairman was? guess who obama has managing his economic policy?

answer to both: paul volker

But given the government debt/deficit, hacking away at government waste
with a chain saw is also needed.

how'd that work in 29?

actually it did. the economy was growing. now that the money is spent,
and YOUR view is becoming dominant, the economy is dying.

welcome to 1929 courtesy of the right wing

Welcome to 1870... Some stats are now worse than 1929.

yep. courtesy of the right wing

Think as you will. I believe liberal debt, liberal corruption, liberal
bailouts, liberal waste all made this happen.

since bush was president in 2007, it's obvious either you think obama
was pres then

or you just hate tne black president

Cut the waste and corruption leaving peole with more of their own money

bull****. they've been saying this for 200 years. good luck

we need to spend MORE to undo the right wing damage. otherwise we'll
never dig ourselves out of this hole the right put us in

You can't spend your way out of debt.

?? sure you can. in fact it's the ONLY way to get out of debt. if NO
ONE SPENDS then companies dont need to create jobs

It is why you are a debtor.

really? is that why the US had one of the fastest growing economies in
history after 1945?

what do you think companies are going to do? make **** and let it sit
in warehouses?

Nope, waste of capital to do so.

DUH!! gee even YOU start to see the problem!

where did you learn economics? culinary arts school?

Reading books. I started investing in 1984.

comic books dont count

Quickly became apparent
why rich were rich and poor were poor and I decided I was going to cross
the street. And did. Those old fashioned sayings like save for a rainy
day, they were ace on.

more bull**** from the right. under right wing ideology the rich in
the US got fantastically rich by trading CDO's and making the
financial sectoy account for 40% of GDP in 2006

how'd that work out for middle america? your rich pals benefit the
middle class?

Rich are Rich because:

1) They never borrow money to spend on "stuff" that does not make them
money.

uh no. they just steal from the middle class. here we have the right
wing, ignoring the death of the US economy at the hands of the rich,
telling us fairy tales about the rich

2) They tend NOT to have personal debt.

of COURSE they dont!! as soon as they get into debt, they run to the
govt and the govt bails 'em out!

3) They have a non-fad and realistic view of the markets. Well honed in
their areas.

oh, yes. CDO's...those were real...they went from 1 trillion in 1996
to 62 TRILLION in 2006

so how real were these financial instruments dreamed up by the rich?

4) They think for themselves.

5) Unless a house of large value, they always spend less than they make.

6) They invest heavily in themselves to understand their enviroments.

Thats the secret summary. The rest is as simple as buy low sell high.
And I smell a buying opportunity in maing about September or October.
But time will tell, Obama can do a lot of damage between now and then.

christ you believe any bull****, wont you? any bull**** at all as long
as the rich are portrayed as the messiah

i love it. we have a $14 trillion economy. and all he bitches about is
GM.

GM and corrupt auto is a poster child.

meaningless. they're 'poster children' because you're too dumb to look
at cause and effect

If you rather, AIG, Citi, BAC,
and others. All the government ned to do is cover FDIC insured, not
indemnified the who loose as a goose debt system at the taxpayers debt cost.

and the foundation of this was laid by 30 years of right wing
deregulation of the economy. the CANADIANS didnt do this. their
economy is in better shape than ours.

perhaps you should study up on what happens in canada.

You enjoy paying taxes to corrupt corporations of America? Do you think
workers without pensions should subsidize UAW and Banks???

right now we're subsidizing wall street and the rich. i have NO
problem subsidzing the middle class...better than bailing out the rich
after what THEY did to the economy

You even make a bad socialist.

and you're a marxist for the rich

As it was really about government greed and corruption of congress,
senate and the presidente.

yep. reagan was a crook. i agree

Government will
be forced to shut down as much as it can, and I mean 50% of government
spending. Unions going on strike, just lock them out permanently.

the US has no unions.

What do they call them???

http://www.afge.org/

There is one.

like i said. the US h as no unions. thanks for proving my point

and the germans? heavily unionized...and they're doing fine

you just hate the middle class

incidentally...the german economy is doing better than ours

and THEIR economy is HEAVILY UNIONIZED
ed.

And they are under the increasing realization that they are in deep
trouble. GM owes them money too.

GM is not worth 14 trillion dollars.

You owe your cushy little job to investors. Be careful what you wish for.

and waht of the millions who dont have jobs...courtesy of the

bull****. the FIRST people to go after are the people who sold CDO'S,
and had capital gains tax rates of 15%. the 'wetback's have no money.
WTF is killing THEM going to do?

christ you right wingers have NO solutions, do you? you're nothing but
cliches

Right wingers have the answers, the problem is you lefties don't want to
hear them. You are too busy pooching the system. Too greedy and myopic
to care.

yeah. the right wing says 25% unemployment is great. that's the
answer.

and there are no lefties in america.
..

I would say almost everybody had a part. But will say you vote for the
president who hasn't put one single person in jail. In fact, he opens
up his wallet and bails them out!

ROFLMAO!!! yeah lets do what the govt did in 29. how'd that work out?

So by your own warped logic, you should hate Obama because he supports
the corrupt.

he has no choice. the corrupt has all the money

but the right thinks they deserve i t. you yourself puked up a
nauseating love song to the rich telling us how good they were.

Have you heard of the Jones Act? Unless you read Newsmax and listen to
a
lot of right-wing radio, probably not. It's an obscure statute that's
been on the books since 1920, and it requires all shipping between
U.S.
ports or in U.S. coastal waters to be carried in U.S.-flag ships that
are owned and crewed by U.S. citizens.

So why are conservatives suddenly up in arms about it? Because, they
claim, it's a labor-inspired rule that's obstructing aid to a Gulf
Coast

the right wing loves BP oil as shown by their recent apology. they
defend wall street and the banks as shown by their recent meeting with
top level hedge fund CEO's

they HATE the middle class as shown by their paranoid conspiracy
theories.

the GOP needs to be destroyed

Actually, did you see this months employment numbers... ya sure bet
Obama wants to brag about it going down to 9.5%...

But 658,000 people gave up looking for work....

7.9 million fewer people at work in private business since this began.

14.6 million people looking for work.

Last months prop up numbers of the 400,000 census workers are again
looking for work.

Monthly job cuts are up to 125,000 for the month was partially offset by
private job hires iof 33,000.

More than 525,000 new unemployed started to look for work last month to
replace the lost job.

How is Obamanonics really working far ya?

Great, and it is going to take a long time to recover from the Great Bush
Recession. Those of us with intellect knew that.

You are going to play that until BO finishes his one term and is removed
from office, aren't you?

Removed from office? Is that what happens when someone isn't reelected? I
suggest you vote for whomever is the KKK nominee.

hard to undo what bush and the right wing did. the level of damage
done by 30 years of right wing unregulated free market fundamentalism
is immense

How is Obamanonics really working far ya?

actually what happened is people are starting to take the right wing
seriouslyl. they're talking budget cuts. layoffs. massive reduction in
services. that drove the market down 100 points today

it's having the same effect it did in1930. it's destroying the economy

courtesy of the right wing

When you spend like an ape gone wild the bill eventually comes due. There
has to be budget cuts, massive cutbacks to the federal payroll, cutbacks
in
entitlement programs, rounding up wetbacks and other illegals and
removing
them from our soil, etc. Welcome to phase two of the Obama Recession.
Oh, I almost forgot, If we're going to level the playing field we need to
eliminate the money grabbing unions.

He'll keep printing money...

All decisions are the result of binary thinking.

I note that you're an idiot and a liar. So far, I note that you haven't

No need to prove the obvious. You likely need proof the world is round.
You are so flat in the brain.
