Unfortunately that is the care everyone wants with this health care
plan. They all want an MRI for a hangnail and expect a referral to a
specialist. That is why our insurance rates are so high. Add to that a
run away drug culture that thinks you haven't really been to the
doctor unless you have 2 or 3 prescriptions and it becomes apparent
why we spend $8k a year.
I am the only person my age I know who is not taking a handful of
pills every day. The retail price is usually up in 3 figures a month
... but they are on a drug plan so it is invisible to them.
Why eat right and exercise, The Lipitor and Prinivil will fix it.

Yeah, it's all about the person who is sick demanding treatment. It's all
their fault for getting sick. Nonsense.
