Default A prediction

Later this summer a hurricane hits somewhere. FEMA orders an evac.
Later after all is clear, FEMA refuses to allow anybody back in to
repair damaged roofs thus causing small amounts of damage to become so
severe that the private insurance industry goes under.

My policy says I have to mitigate my damages ASAP regardless, so that would
relieve some burden on the insurance company I guess, I dealt with this in
Florida, just because you have 2 back to back hurricanes if you have damage
from the first and you don't stabilize or mitigate that damage of the first
one the insurance co. can't be held liable for damage that occurred as
result of unrepaired damage from the seconed one, basically if you don't get
your roof fixed and it comes more rain and wind the next day you lose,
