I agree with you, but the trick is to figure out a way to get regular people to make good decisions about entitlements. I'm open to suggestions. Second, no one is suggesting that the gov't can solve all the problems. Gov't can solve some of the problems, however. Third, social responsibility and community action are alive and well. Perhaps we need to encourage them more.. no argument there. |
