supplanted by vietnamese farmed shrimp. I predict a better catch than
normal of fish next year because the grouper will not be overfished
(grouper season this year in FL waters is a record short one of only
54 days). In other words, a net positive impact b ecause it allows
the feds to declare no fishing zones this year.

curtsy or bow to the emperor of Japan, he would send over a couple of
guys to cap the well. After all, their entire bluefin tuna supply is at
