Your whole original post was inherently false. First of all, the last
I checked, the Coast Guard is a government agency and was there ASAP.
Further, Obama stated on the second day of the spill that the U.S.
military is at their disposal. Further than that, the oil spill is the
direct result of a private industry's lack of clear procedures. And
even further, being as such is nothing like Katrina, a natural
disaster, this was man made.

And I doubt it is deliberate.

Add up all that oil going off the profit sheet. Imagine the legal
issues and suits afterwards. You make out like BP deliberately did it.
