except it's at a depth of 5000 feet right now. hard to evaporate from
that depth.

and it doesnt matter HOW MUCH is there. what's important is what
concentration is needed to do damage. the answer is, not much.

The real question is what this does to the estuary of South Louisiana
and by default the whole Gulf coast.
Will you lose your oyster harvest up in your neck of the woods?
Will tar balls be washing up on the beach in Naples?

This is bad, there is no way to polish that turd.


Given the industry claims of how "safe" oil drilling off the coasts have
become, perhaps Obama should rethink his modified "Drill baby drill"
approach that he recently announced.
