Default Ball bearing carts ready for sea water?

My Seattle Sports has ball bearings, and removing the wheels is a
nuisance. Do they get damaged by sea water? Is there a replacement
wheel for it? My other cart rolls without bearings and it's great.

Thanks!

You could just go looking for some replacement bearings in
all-stainless, or some hybrid ceramics.
