place would be alongside the lifelines inside the shrouds. However,
that would block a lot of light going into the window and block some
ventilation as well.
Daughter had an interesting idea, "hang it over the side". She
suggested putting tubular webbing straps around it and hanging it over
the side from the toe rail. Not sure what to think of this.

Cut the portaboat into small pieces and then when you need it, duct tape
them back together.

Bad idea. It'll get knocked off in seas, or cause other havoc.
To answer your question, you should look around and see where 280' foot
boats store their 100' dingies.
That's just a quick decimal thing I did, but you understand.

rivers flowing into the bay. Fecal matter in the water keeps many of the
Chesapeake beaches closed for half the summer.

If Herring is launching upstream of the sewage plant, he is either
launching at the national airport site on the potomac...or somewhere on
the anacostia, which seems unlikely, given his fear of darker-skinned
Americans.
