Maryland is dead last in the nation on the difference between the best
and worst students... meaning they are failing to give their students
even a marginal education in many areas of the state. *Their best
student are about equal to SC's, while their worst are far worse.

Maryland is pretty much a failure at everything. *30 millions gallons
of sewage dumped into their waterways. *Chesapeake Bay pollution.
Marginal education system. *#1 in assholes. *Maryland, the ultimate
