I have the same condition, but it has been stable for years. It is right on the verge of operation. I hate the thought of ANOTHER open chest operation, but there are only two choices. Good luck to John. BTDT. The time will pass quickly into a memory, and that memory will soften with time. I will be 8 years post op in June.
