But the law even if called does nada. The Federal Government is
failing in one of their primary duties. That is protecting the
nation.


I think one of the biggest problems this country has is our political
leaders' tendency to "fix" a problem by simply passing a law. It's
lunacy. Makes the political blow-hards sound like they are on top of
the issues, but the endless barrage of new laws they author and pass
are worthless if they are unenforceable or the will to enforce them is
lacking.

that has to be funded for it to be effective. This was true during lead
up to the Madoff situation also.
