Default Can I dump my boat sofa in the chesapeake bay?

In the off-chance that this is not a Budweiser-induced troll, please
don't. There has been enough large, heavy, and ugly, crap dumped in
our waters already.

While travelling 1/2 mile of the Mohawk river two weeks ago, I could
have easily swamped my boat if I had collected all the crap that I
encountered. Nature will get even, and we will suffer the loss.

Where do you live? I'll send you the disposal fee.
