Clinton says to banks, leverage up and keep rates artificially low so I
can spend the saved interest to balamnce the budget.

Banks say OK, while total nation's consumer debt starts its skyrocket in
a economi boom funded on debt. Filled the coffers and ablanced the
budget while debt funded it...until the balloon broke.

One could make a serious arguement the banking/debt problems started
long before Bush. I will say though, I am sure Bush knew of the issue
and either out of compacancy or ignorance didn't do anything to stop it.

Obama though, is just making it worse. His debt-bailout-corruptions
trategy just might go over a cliff at some point.
