The best thing to do with them is to let their revolution take hold.
That is, leave them alone and let them kill each other in a civil war.
If anything, make sure each side is equally armed and killing each
other. Cheap way to keep them at bay.

Apparently you missed the Biden/King interview. Biden is claiming Iraq
is the best thing since sliced bread, and it's a great achievement of
'Bama's administration.
