Default Source for Mercury Risers?

I have a problem, I need to replace the risers, but only one has a part # on it;
the other does not. Is there a source to help me ID the other riser part # so I
can order a replacement?
the one that does have a part# is 807988-C.

thanks

I assume we are talking about a Mercruiser Inboard/Outboard?

If so, try to locate the engine model and serial number. On recent
engines you can find it on the air cleaner/cover. Given the model
and serial number any Mercruiser parts dealer can look it up for you.

Right side and left side are identical. Google on the part number and
you will get hundreds of hits. Mercruiser parts have a better finish
than the aftermarket ones. Price isn't a huge factor any more. You
shouldn't have any trouble finding what you need.
