That is not as true for sailboats as powerboats. Windy weather in
which most fishermen would not go out might be ideal for a sailboat.
Otherwise, most weather that would cause one to not go outside would
also cause you to stay put and not use the ICW. Can you imagine using
the ICW in fog, terrifying, I'd rather be offshore.
