Liberal help wanted...

Please explain why it's OK to kill suspected Taliban or al Qaeda while
they're running around on the ground, but we have to have a judge and
jury for one who is trying hard as hell to actually kill us.

Don't the Taliban or al Qaeda in Afghanistan or Yemen deserve the same
rights as those caught trying to kill us?
