Oscar Goodman is mayor of Las Vegas. During the building of a stretch of
highway, taggers were busy every night. He suggested that if they just
broke the thumbs of one guy, it might abate.

He caught hell for that.

By the way, he was Tony "The Ant" Spilotro's lawyer.
