Old tires as boat fenders
Don't use steel belted tires as boat fenders. A little wear on them
could expose the steel belt and rip up your boat. Use polyester belted tires, like the ones from my 1974 Maverick. Not only do they offer a smooth ride, you can get a few years out of them as boat fenders. That is all, carry on. Bluto |

Old tires as boat fenders
When the tires wear out as fenders, you can burn them in the cabin
stove for heat. Bluto |
