I'd estimate Herring's underutilized IQ started one point lower than
average. Based on your ability to think abstractly, synthesize
complex thoughts and articulate them, you're at least 30 to 40 points
higher, probably more. Add that to obvious onset of cerebral atrophy
and the span between you and Herring grows every day.

I am giving Herring a lot of credit by assuming he started at 99. I
felt generous at the time. I'd think you a genius if you'd have given
up on Herring three weeks earlier.
